Dogs can sniff out corona virus?..



Dogs are the animals which are most commonly seen friendly animals in many houses, they are very kind towards humans , mostly dogs are used for protection purpose.

 Study lead by University of Veterinary "Medicine Hanover" and the "Hanover Medical School" dogs could sense difference between saliva of a infected and healthy person.
The researchers then set up 1000 samples of saliva both with infected and healthy .
Eight dogs identified  the samples with 94% accuracy.


One of the researcher said that virus completely changes the internal chemistry of a person, so it also alters the scent of the saliva and this variation helps the dogs to identify the infected person.
As dogs are good at sniffing they help in rapid identification of samples which increases the no of tests per day.
